Job Summary

Support timely delivery operations by assisting with vehicle and equipment maintenance, inventory management, and warehouse procedures while maintaining cleanliness and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver items promptly to meet scheduled timelines
• Communicate schedule changes clearly to customers and operations teams
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, trolleys, and equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition
• Assist in daily inventory and cash tallying to maintain accurate records
• Follow warehouse procedures for safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods
• Clean and maintain hygiene standards of the premises
• Greet and assist both long-term and short-term visitors or customers

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving license
• Demonstrate experience driving lorries or assisting drivers
• Maintain physical fitness to perform job duties safely and effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (Thursday to Saturday)
• Availability to work the night shift from 8am to 5pm
