About the role

Join the team at UNLIMITED FINANCE PTE LTD' as a Loan Officer. This is a full-time role based in Ang Mo Kio Town Centre. As a Loan Officer, you will play a key role in providing financial services to customers, helping them meet their lending needs.

What you'll be doing

Assessing customer loan applications and credit profiles to determine eligibility and appropriate lending solutions

Advising customers on the various loan options and terms available to them

Negotiating loan terms and conditions with customers to reach mutually agreeable arrangements

Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation for loan processing and approval

Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and loan portfolios

Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar role within the financial services industry

Strong understanding of credit policies, lending practices, and relevant financial regulations

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information

Proficient in data analysis and financial modelling to assess customer creditworthiness

Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving results
