Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable university
• Min. 1 year experience in Property/Retail/Architecture consultant (fresh graduates welcome); experience in commercial projects is a plus.
• Advanced Excel Skill
• Strong skills in data & trend analysis, financial modelling, and feasibility studies.
• Good analytical, Good interpersonal, communication, coordination skill, problem solving, logical thinking
• Have a very high interest in data analysis and financial model
• Ability to conduct property market research and analysis.
• Skill in technical drawing is preferrable
• Willing to work at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading

• Maintain & Monitoring database tenant
• Budgeting for Leasing Department
• Analysis data and report
• Review & optimize mall layout for New Project Developments
• Prepare Feasibility Study for New Project Developments
