Job Description:
Designing and developing visual communication materials for training, educational and company purposes.
Creating creative multimedia content such as motion graphics, visual presentations, video and digital assets.
Managing and maintaining Learning Management System (LMS) administration and supporting online learning activities.
Collaborating with supervisors and team members to achieve company e-Learning development targets and project deadlines.
Conducting content updates and improvements based on project needs and user feedback.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Educational Technology, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of working experience as visual design, multimedia production or e-Learning development
Strong understanding of visual communication principles, layout design, typography and multimedia content creation.
Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning environment.
Proficient in design and multimedia software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Articulate Storyline, Canva or similar software/tools).
Ability to develop script, scenarios and storyboard designs for training or educational content.
