Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology, or related field

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fabric inspection or laboratory testing is preferred

Able to understand fabric defects and quality standards

Familiar with laboratory testing procedures and reporting

Good analytical thinking and attention to detail

Able to communicate in English, both verbal and written

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java

Job Description

Ensure all raw materials are defect-free at needle point level to maintain a smooth and issue-free production process

Conduct fabric inspection and identify defects based on quality standards

Perform laboratory testing according to customer manual standards to ensure accurate lab reports

Prepare and maintain testing and inspection records properly

Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company quality standards
