Responsibilities:

Supervision and Safety

- Monitor children during activities and free play to ensure their safety

- Ensure all safety procedures are followed and emergency protocols are in place

- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment

Activity Planning

- Plan and organize age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts

- Develop fun and educational programs for children

- Encourage participation and engagement

Communication and Administration

- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's experiences and any issues

- Maintain accurate records and reports

- Handle administrative tasks, such as inventory management and scheduling

Child Development

- Support children's physical, emotional, and social development

- Provide care and assistance with daily needs, such as eating, dressing, and toileting

- Encourage positive behavior and conflict resolution

Requirements and Skills

- Minimum diploma

- Previous experience working with children

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in fast-paced environments

- Physical stamina to engage in active play and manage high energy levels of children
