Job Summary
Manage and grow key retail and foodservice accounts in Singapore, driving sustainable sales growth for Aqua Green’s hydroponic vegetables.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop key accounts across modern trade retail, foodservice (HoReCa), and strategic partners
Drive sales growth through new listings, range expansion, promotions, and contract agreements
Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers, chefs, and key decision-makers
Develop account plans and prepare accurate sales forecasts
Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and product launches
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth execution and service
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, Agriculture, or related field
3–6 years’ experience in key account management or sales
Experience in FMCG, fresh food, retail, or foodservice preferred
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Good understanding of the Singapore retail and foodservice market
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
Excellent English communication
