About the customer:

The customer is a logistics and supply chain specialist, providing warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment services to businesses across multiple industries focused on FMCG products. They manage a diverse range of products, including consumer goods, electronics, apparel, health & beauty items, and eCommerce merchandise. By leveraging advanced technology, they optimize inventory and distribution processes, ensuring fast, reliable, and scalable solutions for B2B and retail partners. This is a hybrid position with a mix of work-from-home and office days in near Canggu.

Job Summary: 

The Key Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with our high-value clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying upselling opportunities to drive business growth. With a strong commercial mindset and international experience, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their logistics and supply chain needs are met efficiently.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.

Work closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams to align solutions with client expectations.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide proactive recommendations.

Monitor account health, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports on client engagement and business growth.

Address client concerns promptly and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar B2B role, either in key account management or business development

Experience in FMCG, import/export, trading, or logistics-related industries is highly preferred

Experience working with global clients or multinational companies is highly preferred.

Excellent communication and fluent in English.

Proven experience managing a book of business worth USD 2M+ per year, with average transaction values of USD 10K+.

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.

Strong ability to upsell, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Business-savvy with the ability to understand client pain points and propose value-driven solutions.

Dynamic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
