About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Restaurant Cashier to join our front-of-house team at a new healthy Asian café in Seseh, Bali. This role is essential for smooth daily operations, focusing on accurate transaction handling, POS system management, and supporting guest service during busy periods. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of cashier experience in a restaurant or café environment and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.

Responsibilities

Operate POS system to process food and beverage orders and payments accurately

Handle cash, card, and digital wallet transactions with precision and integrity

Issue receipts, apply discounts, and manage billing corrections when needed

Perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation and generate sales reports

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station

Support opening and closing procedures, including daily float management

Assist with basic inventory checks for cash office supplies and report needs

Collaborate with wait staff and kitchen team to ensure order accuracy

Greet guests warmly and provide clear, friendly communication at the point of sale

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cashier in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting

Proficient in using POS systems and handling daily sales reconciliation

Strong attention to detail and high level of honesty in handling cash

Basic English proficiency for team coordination and guest interaction

Organized, punctual, and able to work under pressure during peak hours

Must be currently based in Bali

Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
