As a Junior Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Conduct routine and specialized diagnostic tests under supervision (e.g., hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, immunology).

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.

Prepare specimens for analysis and ensure proper labeling and documentation.

Record and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.

Adhere to laboratory safety procedures and quality control protocols.

Support senior technologists and laboratory personnel in daily operations.

Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.

Ensure compliance with hospital, laboratory, and regulatory standards

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science or Medical Laboratory Sciences

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
