Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely and consistent manner.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (experience in a gastropub or casual dining setting is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of Western cuisine and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
