Monitor cloud resource utilisation and recommend optimisation strategies.
Support FinOps initiatives including tagging strategies, rightsizing, reserved instances, and cost reporting.
Maintain SOPs, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and incident reports.
Drive operational improvements and automation initiatives.
Participate in after-hours support for maintenance, deployments, patching, and critical incidents.
Support infrastructure maintenance activities during off-peak hours when required.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 4 years of experience in cloud engineering or IT infrastructure operations supporting high-availability environments.
