We are looking for a Junior Barista to join our team at a busy downtown cafe. The ideal candidate must be passionate about coffee, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and serve coffee and tea-based drinks

-Maintain a clean and organized work environment

-Provide excellent customer service to all customers

-Take orders and handle cash transactions

-Prepare and serve food items as needed

-Keep track of inventory and report any shortages

-Follow all health and safety regulations

-Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation

Requirements:

-Domiciled in Bali

-Not in College

-At least 1 year of experience as a barista

-Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and techniques

-Excellent customer service skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Strong attention to detail

-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

-Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

-Have a motorcycle
