Job Description

Key Responsibilites:
To provide technical support to users, advocate for the effective use of GenAI tools, and assist in facilitating training sessions to promote AI literacy and adoption.

Requirements:
- Core IT & Communication Skills: Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge with strong skills in explaining technical ideas simply.

- Passion for AI & Learning: Keen interest in AI/GenAI and eager to learn and apply new technologies.

- Problem-Solving & User Focus: Analytical problem-solver with a strong focus on user needs and experience.

- Teamwork & Adaptability: Collaborative and adaptable team player with initiative for dynamic environments.
