IT Planning Executive (Procurement)

Have a degree in computer science, information technology or similar

Have 3 years’ experience in IT procurement

Provide IT Procurement and Software Asset Management support

Provide Data Entry for vendor management and entries/support  

Provide IT procurement costing/charges information and monitoring

Provide customer satisfaction information and compliance report

Provide IT training and support for junior staff/new hires when needed.

Provide IT planning and strategies for Procurement activities

Provide support for Information Strategy & Planning related activities as needed

Ensure IT expenses according for filing and recording

Ensure procurement and IT expenses issues are provided to Finance for timely payment processing

Provide relevant IT data, coordinating, and reporting to Finance properly

Collect Internal Satisfaction survey data.

Provide Service Level Management review/report on weekly or monthly basis.

Participate in providing improvements/failure in procurement, Service Levels or others to improve process flow, using reports or recorded information
