Role Summary:
Our client, a well-established regional financial services investment group, is seeking an experienced and hands-on IT & Operations Support individual to oversee internal IT infrastructure, end-user support, operational technology, and workplace administration.
This role is ideal for a proactive IT professional who enjoys a broad scope encompassing end-user computing, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity compliance, office infrastructure, vendor management, and operational support.

IT Support & Infrastructure
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support and end-user computing matters (for less than 20 employees)
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access management.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
Monitor endpoint security, compliance, and device management through Microsoft Intune.
Provide first-level support for office networking infrastructure, including corporate and guest Wi-Fi environments.
Manage procurement, deployment, inventory, and lifecycle management of IT assets such as laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT hardware, software, maintenance, and support services.
Support and troubleshoot audio-visual systems, including meeting room equipment, projectors, and conferencing facilities.
Review IT-related subscriptions, invoices, and support payment processing.
Participate in internal IT enhancement and transformation initiatives.
Operations Support:
Administer and monitor office physical security systems, including CCTV and access card management.
Support business continuity planning and implementation activities.
Coordinate workplace operations and facilities-related initiatives.
Assist with internal operational improvement projects and activities.
Support ad-hoc operational and corporate IT initiatives as required.
The ideal candidate should be/have:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT support, infrastructure administration, or corporate IT operations.
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and IT security practices.
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, Wi-Fi administration, and troubleshooting.
Experience supporting audio-visual and meeting room technologies.
Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
