Position Overview

We are seeking passionate and experienced Senior Lecturers in Information Technology to join our academic team. The ideal candidates will bring both academic rigour and industry relevance to enhance our students’ learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

·       Deliver engaging and effective lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions across undergraduate and postgraduate modules.

·       Develop and update teaching materials, lesson plans, course specifications, and assessment tools in line with curriculum requirements.

·       Facilitate student learning through interactive classroom environments, blended learning platforms, and real-world project-based teaching.

·       Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, examinations, presentations, and practical assessments.

·       Provide academic and career guidance to students; act as an academic advisor and mentor.

·       Participate in curriculum review and development to ensure relevance to industry standards and academic quality.

·       Engage in continuous professional development to stay current and adopt innovative teaching practices.

·       Contribute to research, publications, and institutional development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

·       Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field (Computer Science/ IT).

·       At least 5 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience.

·       Strong subject knowledge and practical insights into current industry practices.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
