• Assist the team to engineer and implement comprehensive environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs and policies to ensure compliance with local regulations.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the wafer fab facility to identify and address potential hazards and risks in the production and facility area.

• Engineer EHS training programs for employees at all levels to promote awareness and compliance with safety protocols and procedures.

• Support the company's incident reporting and investigation process, including conducting thorough root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions as necessary. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering controls and other measures to mitigate risks and improve safety performance.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHS activities, including regulatory reporting requirements.

• Secondary function as support for General Affairs department which handles routine coordination work for site maintenance and projects (building works)
