Roles and Responsibilities

1. Prepare shop drawings, update drawings, and modify changes according to client's requirements.

2. Support the Design Team in required designs and detailed drawings.

3. Prepare and compile as-built drawings and as-built documents.

4. Attend site visits / progress meetings (when necessary).

5. Prepare 3D perspective and fitment details (coordinate with Senior Designer)

6. Propose and source materials.

7. Prepare the material list and material board.

Requirements

1. Proficient in AUTOCAD software, Photoshop, 3DS Max ( or similar software ).

2. Minimum of one (1) years in the design field.

3. Able to read and understand the plan.

4. Able to work independently or with less supervision.

5. Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design or Diploma in relevant course.

Other Details

1. 5 days work week.

2. Work Location: North (nearest MRT is Sembawang).

3. Short Notice / Immediate Availability preferred.
