We are looking for suitable candidate(s) to join our team as DESIGNERS/DRAFTERS. This position(s) involves mainly interior designing and does not require you to do sales.

Job Responsibilities:

MUST POSSESS EXPERIENCE IN 2D AUTOCAD DRAFTING FOR RESIDENTIAL DESIGN including preparation of STANDARD 6 PLANS, BASIC CABINET JOINERY DRAWINGS AND ASSOCIATED DETAILS with minimal input from ID.

Preparing detailed design proposals, including technical drawings and 3D renderings.

Selecting and sourcing the perfect furniture, fixtures, and finishes to bring your designs to life.

Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision.

Developing creative, innovative, and functional interior design concepts and plans.

Overseeing project implementation to ensure timely delivery and top-notch quality.

Maintaining strong project management skills to meet budgets and timelines effectively.

Any other tasks required by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Possess a Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a interior design role.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Knowledge of Kujiale (酷家乐) software is an advantage

Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills.
