We are seeking a talented Interior Designer & Drafter to join our team. You will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces that meet our clients' needs and expectation. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the design team in developing innovative and captivating design concepts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
- Create design plans, mood boards, 3D renderings, and technical drawing to visualize design concepts.
- Responsible for selecting furniture, materials, colors, and finishes, as well as sourcing and supervising their installation.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations to clients, supported by sketches and visual aids.

Job Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in interior design project, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Proficient in using Corona, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Sketch up, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Excellent communication, presentation abilities and teamwork skills.
- Understand basic construction of FF&E.
- A strong portfolio of work that showcases your design and rendering skills.
- Proficient in both Indonesian and English.
- Preferably domiciled in Bali (Please note that candidates not domiciled in Bali may not be prioritised during the selection process).
