We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer (2D & 3D) to join our design and project team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who is confident in producing both technical drawings and visual presentations, while also supporting project execution from design development through to site completion.

You will work closely with project managers, consultants, and site teams to translate concepts into accurate drawings and high-quality built outcomes, ensuring alignment with design intent, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Translate conceptual ideas, sketches, and project briefs into detailed 2D drawings and 3D visual presentations

Prepare layout plans, construction drawings, and shop drawings using AutoCAD and related software

Produce coordinated drawings for architectural, structural, and M&E works in line with project requirements

Collaborate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design accuracy and constructability

Revise and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and client feedback

Coordinate with site teams and vendors to ensure project progress aligns with approved designs and schedules

Monitor project costs and support budget tracking with the project team

Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Conduct site and fabrication inspections to ensure quality and compliance

Review completed works and ensure defects are rectified prior to handover

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design working in Singapore.

Strong portfolio demonstrating both 2D documentation and 3D visualization skills

Good knowledge of Singapore building regulations and construction practices

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other rendering tools

Strong creativity, attention to detail, and design sensibility

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and teamwork skills
