We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Interior Design QS / Quotation Executive to join our growing team.

This role is mainly focused on quotation preparation, project costing, and quantity surveying for residential and commercial interior renovation projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in renovation costing, supplier coordination, and preparing accurate quotations for clients.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare quotations and costing for residential and commercial interior design / renovation projects

Calculate project costing based on drawings, site measurements, and client requirements

Source and compare pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

Prepare variation orders (VO) and updated quotations when required

Liaise with designers, project team, suppliers, and contractors regarding costing matters

Assist in budget planning and cost control throughout project execution

Ensure costing accuracy and project profitability

Maintain proper documentation for quotations, invoices, and project records

Support project coordination when necessary

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, renovation, or construction industry

Experience in quotation preparation, project costing, or quantity surveying

Familiar with renovation materials, carpentry works, and interior fit-out processes

Able to prepare quotations independently

Knowledge of BOQ, costing, and budgeting is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Good communication and coordination skills

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Singapore experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Familiar with supplier and subcontractor pricing

Able to read drawings and understand renovation requirements

Immediate availability is an advantage
