RESPONSIBILITIES

(a)            Prepare raw materials andensure proper material drying conditions.

(b)            Verifycorrect material is used as per Mold Test Form and physically check thematerial bag descriptions with Mold Test Form before loads the material intothe hopper 

(c)            Install and dismantle injectionmolds safely and correctly

(d)            Connect: Water lines, Hydrauliclines, Hot runner systems, Air lines, Temperature controllers

(e)            Prepare moulding machines andauxiliary equipment for Mold trials

•          Verify Mold clamping, alignment, andmachine safety conditions.
•          Support engineers during Mold trials andsampling activities.
•          Set and adjust moulding parameters basedon engineer instructions.
•          Monitor machine operation during Moldtesting.     
•          Ensure machines and Mold testingequipment are in good working condition.
•          Assist in Engineer achieving stable mouldingconditions and sample quality.
•          Assist Engineer in liasing with plannerto ensure prompt delivery of products to customers.
•          Support preparation of trial reports andsetup records

(m)        Follow company safety procedures and properhandling methods.
