A.Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field

B.Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (preferred)

C.Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations

D.Excellent communication and negotiation skills

E.Proven ability to manage employee benefits administration (BPJS, insurance, allowances, etc.)

F.Proficiency in Microsoft Office

G.Detail-oriented, assertive, and with high integrity

A.Manage industrial relations between the company and employees in a professional and positive working environment

B.Coordinate with relevant external parties (Manpower Office, government authorities, and other stakeholders)

C.Control and manage company licensing and permit

D.Responsible for preparing and presenting employee attendance reports

E.Monitor and validate employee attendance data and medical claims

F.Administer employee benefits (BPJS, insurance, allowances, etc.)
