Key Responsibilities

Partner business leaders and line managers on day-to-day HR matters

Support employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management and talent development initiatives

Provide HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle

Work closely with stakeholders to strengthen team culture and organizational capability

Support change management and HR improvement projects where required

Ensure HR practices remain aligned with employment legislation and internal policies

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline

Approximately 6–10 years of relevant HR generalist and/or HR Business Partnering experience

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Comfortable operating in a dynamic and people-focused environment

Individuals who value meaningful work, collaboration and long-term contribution will thrive in this environment
