•     Draft and update company regulations, employment agreements, and HR policies

•     Conduct performance review processes and coordinate employee development programs

•     Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures

•     Ensure company compliance with Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan)

General Affairs

•     Oversee daily office operations and maintain a comfortable, productive work environment

•     Manage office asset inventory, procurement of supplies, and equipment maintenance

•     Handle vendor relationships, including contracts, negotiations, and performance monitoring

•     Coordinate building management, utilities (electricity, water, internet), and office security

•     Manage company permits, licenses, and legal compliance documents

•     Liaise with external parties including government agencies, building management, and suppliers

•     Arrange business travel, accommodation, and logistics for company events

Qualifications

Education

•     Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Law

•     Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding

•     Proven track record in handling BPJS, payroll administration, and labor compliance

•     Experience managing vendors, office procurement, or facility operations is a plus

Technical Skills

•     Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices

•     Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

•     Able to draft employment contracts, company regulations (PP/PKB), and official correspondence
