Key Responsibilities:

Control, implement, and maintain the company's QHSE & Sustainable management system, policies, programs, and procedures that have been established.

Conduct routine internal or external monitoring, visits and evaluations/audits to ensure compliance with QHSE & Sustainability standards including HACCP, GMP, and SSOP throughout the established supply chain.

Provide training and socialization to employees and workers related to QHSE & Sustainability.

Maintain all documentation related to QHSE & Sustainability including HIRADC preparation.

Communicate with all relevant internal departments including external parties (Clients and government).

Conduct incident/accident investigations on all company facilities and operations.

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual QHSE & Sustainability reports including external reporting (government agencies and clients).

Assist the team in the preparation of SOPs and WIs that have been planned according to company standards.

Periodically present aspects of performance and actual performance to the QHSE Manager.

Conduct PACA based on PDCA as per priority focus, support continuous improvement of QHSE & Sustainability as required.

Qualifications:

S1 Public Health

Min 1-2 years experience in QHSE field in food & beverage industry.

Communicative & Innovative and have a strong willingness to learn and develop.

Have an understanding of QHSE & Sustainability standards and regulations.

English language skills.
