Job Description

Role Overview

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, providing administrative and coordination support across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR initiatives. This role is suitable for students seeking hands-on HR exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and coordination
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Mapping out of HR processes and setting up Standard Operating Procedures for key HR functions

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
