About the role

Service Communication International Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated HR Executive to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's human resources operations across a range of areas, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The position will be based in our offices in the Upper Paya Lebar North-East Region.

Job Description

Manage work passes, which include application, renewal & cancellation

Handle recruitments, compensation, benefits and implementation

Handle the implementation and enforcement of HR Policies and procedures

Prepare letter of employment, appraisal forms & exit interview

Handle workers' accommodation & dormitory issues

Handle WICA and medical insurance claims

Insurance Management – Ensure all insurance policies are valid, kept up to date

Handle workers' administration, onboarding & offboarding

Manage course registration, such as coretrade, safety courses and other BCA/MOM requirements training for workers and professionals

Handle & monitor attendance, leave and medical claims

In charge of Payroll

Handle the e-filing of staff income tax returns

Manage Company assets, e.g., Biometric, Computers, Software, etc.

General/ad-hoc admin duties as assigned

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a GCE 'O' Level Certificate

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field

Good knowledge of HR & Payroll software will be an advantage

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Detailed and meticulous

Positive work attitude

Able to work independently with minimum supervision
