Job Description
Human Resources
Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding
Process and maintain monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and statutory payments in compliance with MOM regulations
Manage employee records, contracts, leave administration and benefits enrolment
Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations via MOM portal
Support employee relations, handle grievances and ensure proper exit management
Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain training & development records
Administration
Manage general office administration including procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital) for HR and admin documentation
Liaise with government agencies (MOM, CPF Board, IRAS) for HR-related matters
Support management with ad-hoc reports, data analysis and any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience in Singapore, with solid knowledge of the Employment Act, MOM guidelines and CPF regulations
Experience with Singapore work pass administration is essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and payroll/HRMS software
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, resourceful, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
