Job description for HR cum Admin Executive at VINTAGE INVESTMENT PTE. LTD.

Role Overview

You will be part of a close-knit team where your contributions are valued. You will handle end-to-end HR and general administrative duties, including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, payroll support, and office management.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer letters.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Prepare and maintain accurate HR databases and employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Provide monthly payroll support by compiling attendance/leave/staff claims.

• Administer employee benefits and handle employee queries on HR policies and procedures.

• Support performance management and training administration (training coordination, course registrations, records and claims where applicable).

Administrative Responsibilities

• Manage general office administration, including mail handling, office upkeep, meeting room set up and pantry/office supplies replenishment.

• Provide general administrative support to management and teams.

• Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

• Support the administration of government grant applications.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience.

• Familiarity with employment regulations and HR best practices; proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Proactive, independent, and willing to learn.

• Meticulous with documentation and able to handle confidential information professionally.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with all stakeholders.
