Payroll Processing:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
- Ensure accurate entry of employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Verify and reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed.
Compliance:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations related to payroll and employment.
- Support annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
Employee Support:
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Provide assistance in onboarding new employees and managing benefits enrollment.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
- Assist in maintaining employee files and other HR documentation.
- Perform any other related tasks or projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
