Job description for HR & Admin Officer at Career International
Job Responsibilities
Handle daily HR & administrative operations, including onboarding, confirmation, transfer,
resignation, and offboarding processes.
Manage employee records, HR documentation, and support payroll-related administration.
Handle employee resignation and communication in compliance with Singapore Employment Act and
MOM regulations.
Coordinate office administration mattersincluding fixed asset management, office supplies,
workplace safety, vendor/property management, and document handling.
Organize employee activities, monthly staff welfare arrangements, festive purchases, and internal
events.
Support VIP/business reception arrangements forsenior management, CEO, VP, government visitors,
and external stakeholders.
Liaise with building management, vendors, and external parties on office and operational matters.
Support ad-hoc HR, administration, and operational projects assigned by management.
