Job description for HR & Admin Executive at Blackvine Pte Ltd
Key Responsibilities
Manage full spectrum of HR administrative duties
Assist in recruitment process (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave tracking
Handle MOM-related matters (e.g., work pass applications, renewals, cancellations)
Liaise with relevant government authorities when required
Handle general office administration and support daily operations
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office
