Job Descriptions:
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and offboarding.
- Support in recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, liaise with MOM, and coordinate dormitory arrangements.
- Manage employee benefits, insurance, medical claims and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
- Maintain employees’ attendance and leave records to ensure compliance with company policies and payroll requirements.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Assist in grievance handling, disciplinary actions and counselling sessions in accordance with company direction and government regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programmes to support business and career growth.
- Organise company events and employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and regulation by proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
- Support HR digitalization initiatives to improve workflow efficiency.
- Perform any other HR & administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or higher Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experiences is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Info-Tech is an advantage.
- Meticulous, high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- 5 day working week.
- Working Location: Tuas area
