Human Resource and Admin Executive
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support daily HR and Finance Admin operations, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace environment.
Job Scope:
Manage recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in payroll, leave administration, and attendance tracking
Support training and staff development initiatives
Handle employee relations and HR-related inquiries
Ensure compliance with company policies and MOM regulations
Assist other HR and Finance administrative duties
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
Prior HR experience is an advantage
