Job description for HR & Admin Executive/Senior HR & Admin Executive at Ace Water

Responsibilities:

Assist HR manager with full spectrum of HR functions.

Work with recruitment agency and various educational institutions for new workers and interns. 

Administer workers’ onboarding & exit process.

Manage & organize workers’ P files, attendance & leave applications with accuracy.

Plan & arrange dormitory, transport, training, work pass application/renewal for workers.

Prepare workers’ overtime claim & payroll reports.

Serves as a point of contact for employee relation matters to address their concerns.

Manage PCP to cover all foreign workers.

Manage the renewal and claims of corporate medical insurance and work injury compensation insurance.

Support and organize company event or team bonding activities.

Other ad-hoc works as and when assigned.

Requirement:

Diploma in Human Resource or related field

Good knowledge of labor law and statutory requirements of MOM and BCA

Meticulous, Patient and Results Oriented

Good communication and problem solving skills

Work independently & efficiently

Experience with Opensoft is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction company
