Job Summary
Responsible for overall HR and administrative functions in a security agency, with a strong focus on recruitment, training, and disciplinary matters.
Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment of Security Officers for local and Malaysian manpower (permanent & part-time)
Conduct interviews and ensure candidates meet licensing and site requirements
Prepare new employee profiles and training records
Manage work pass, security licensing, and course arrangements for local and foreign officers
Handle employee documentation including letters, transfers, and disciplinary matters
Support employee engagement programmes and staff welfare initiatives
Ensure compliance with MOM and PLRD regulations
Manage staff relations, communication, and issue resolution across sites
Maintain proper HR records and administrative documentation
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
Basic understanding of English with the ability to communicate effectively
Good team player with initiative and positive working attitude
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
