Job Summary
You will support HR and office administration by processing payroll and attendance, managing government submissions, coordinating recruitment and training, handling employee welfare, and responding to staff inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Process attendance records, monthly payroll, and generate payroll reports accurately and on time
- Submit CPF and Income Tax documents promptly to relevant government agencies
- Prepare employment letters and manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Coordinate and conduct interviews to support recruitment efforts
- Organize and oversee employee welfare activities to promote staff well-being
- Draft disciplinary letters, staff memos, and announcements clearly and professionally
- Maintain training records and databases to support training administration
- Respond promptly and effectively to HR inquiries from employees
- Perform general office administration tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Complete any other assigned duties as required
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum Diploma in any management related field
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource
