Job description for HR/ADMIN ASSISTANT at Techno-Marine
Assist with employee insurance, permits, certifications, and vendor management
Maintain and update staff records and particulars accurately to support payroll processing and HR functions
Ensure employee records and leave data in the system are accurate and updated promptly to reflect current status
Verify system records with employees to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity
Support recruitment activities and coordinate new employee onboarding to facilitate smooth integration
Arrange employee training and courses
Manage all the workmen injury compensation claims and medical claims by coordinating with relevant parties to ensure proper handling and resolution
Facility and vehicles maintenance - Maintain and manage records, documents, and vendor relationships related to forklifts, lifts, vehicles, and cranes to ensure compliance and operational readiness
Handle incoming calls, take messages, and transfer to relevant departments
Provide administrative support to the service department - generate certificates, reports, documents
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
