Role Summary: The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and overall guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, conducting inspections, and maintaining high service standards in guest rooms and public areas. The Housekeeping Supervisor must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading a team effectively while ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including assigning tasks to staff.

Inspect villas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance meet company standards.

Train and guide housekeeping staff to maintain high-quality service.

Address guest complaints related to housekeeping quickly and effectively.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring timely restocking.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth villa operations.

Report maintenance issues and track their resolution.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.

At least 2 years of housekeeping experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Willing to be placed in Uluwatu area.
