Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure excellence in cleanliness, team coordination, and guest satisfaction across our property in Kuta Selatan. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to uphold service standards consistently.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room attendants, public area staff, and laundry teams.
• Conduct regular room and public area inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor Housekeeping Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all cleaning processes.
• Train, coach, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain consistent performance and service quality.
• Manage staff scheduling, daily task assignments, and shift briefings.
• Ensure adequate stock of linens, guest supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Coordinate with Front Office regarding room statuses, VIP arrivals, and special requests.
• Handle guest complaints or feedback professionally and promptly.
• Support monthly inventory checks and usage reporting for housekeeping materials.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Assist management in developing service improvements and operational efficiency.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular evaluation and feedback.
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices, cleaning standards, and chemical handling.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to create schedules and manage staff performance.
• High level of professionalism and service mindset.
