Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure that all areas of the dayclub — including guest areas, back-of-house, and staff facilities — are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. The role ensures a smooth operation by providing guidance, training, and quality checks to maintain an exceptional guest experience in line with Savaya’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assign tasks to team members.
Inspect and ensure cleanliness and readiness of all public areas, restrooms, VIP sections, and staff areas.
Monitor cleaning schedules, stock levels, and use of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to maintain performance and service excellence.
Coordinate with Maintenance, FOH, and other departments for any cleaning or setup requirements.
Handle guest feedback or complaints related to cleanliness or housekeeping service professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Prepare daily reports and updates for management review.
Support event setups and breakdowns as required by operational needs.
