Hospitality Manager – Amy’s Place (PT PMA Vila Pantai Krui)
Location: Krui, Pesisir Barat, Lampung
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Hospitality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences and smooth day-to-day operations. Suitable for candidates comfortable working in a coastal, small-town environment.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations and ensure high service standards, for 8 guest rooms and a small kitchen
• Manage and lead a small team of 9 employees, fostering a positive work environment
• Manage kitchen operations, stock control, and supplier ordering
• Handle guest relations and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Assist with basic financial administration and reporting
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in hospitality (hotel, resort, restaurant, or F&B)
• English communication skills
• Proven ability to manage kitchen operations and supply ordering
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team
• Well-organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of Xero accounting software is an advantage, but not required
