Waras Villa is a 14-rooms hotel located in Gili Trawangan. We looking for a hotel manager with experience in hotel pre-opening. We will open in Mid-August, so join us and be a part of Waras Villa's pre-opening!

What you'll be doing

Lead in setting up hotel pre-opening

Set up OTA booking channels

Manage and oversee all hotel operations, including reception, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance

Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy, revenue and profitability

Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns

What we're looking for

Experience in hotel or resort management, preferably with pre-opening experience

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with guests, employees and stakeholders

Thorough understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
