Job Title: Host (Entry Level)!
Weekday Rate: $13/hour
Weekend Rate: $15/hour
Department: Front-of-House - F&B Department
Work Schedule: Minimum 3 days/week, 20 hours/week minimum, up to 35 hours/week
Overall Job Objectives:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Host to create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for our guests. This role involves greeting and seating customers, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining an organized and clean reception area. As the first point of contact, the Host will ensure that guests feel valued and well-attended during their visit.
Core Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests, assist with reservations, and provide accurate wait time estimates during busy periods.
Manage the reservation list and optimize table assignments for smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception area that reflects the restaurant’s standards.
Provide guests with menus, answer inquiries about the menu, and handle special requests or issues promptly.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience and support smooth table turnover.
Job Specifications:
Previous restaurant experience is an advantage
Good communication skills.
Able to work independently and demonstrate positive professionalism.
Friendly, outgoing, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs.
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Singapore. Work visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.
