- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp4,000,000 - Rp4,200,000 per bulan
Main Responsibilities
1. Guest Reception
• Welcome all guests warmly with a friendly smile
• Greet guests politely and professionally
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus
2. Reservation Management
• Handle table reservations (walk-in & booking)
• Manage waiting list during busy hours
• Coordinate table availability with the cashier and waiter
3. Seating Arrangement
• Manage seating layout efficiently
• Balance guest flow to avoid overcrowding
• Ensure VIP or special requests are handled properly
4. Customer Service
• Answer guest inquiries politely
• Inform guests about promotions, events, or specials
• Handle guest complaints calmly and inform the supervisor if needed
5. Communication & Coordination
• Communicate clearly with waiters, cashiers, and kitchen staff
• Inform the service team about guests' needs or special requests
• Support smooth service operations
6. Appearance & Area Control
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Ensure the entrance, waiting area, and hostess desk are clean
• Check lighting, music volume, and ambiance at the entrance
7. Administrative Tasks
• Record guest data, reservations, and feedback
• Prepare daily reservation and guest report
• Follow SOP and management instructions

Job Requirements
• Female, minimum age 18–30 years
• Minimum high school graduate
• Good communication skills
• Friendly, polite, and confident personality
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Experience as a hostess (preferred but not required)
