Minimum 5 years of experience as a Techno functional Analyst with a focus on Oracle SaaS HCM.

Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation).

Experience in gathering requirements and designing solutions for complex business processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Oracle SaaS HCM and related technologies.

Project management experience is a plus.

Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are preferred
