About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Indo Bangun Mitra Perkasa as a Head Sales Property. As the Head Sales Property, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the property sales team to drive the company's sales performance and achieve its ambitious growth targets. This is a contract role based in Makassar, South Sulawesi.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed sales targets
Manage, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training and support to ensure optimal performance
Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders
Monitor and report on sales performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in property sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets
Strong people management and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
In-depth knowledge of the property market and real estate industry trends, regulations and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business or real estate
